It has a smooth spin with 4 bearings allowing it to hold heavier plates with a smooth rotation of the bar. It has a hardened chrome finish that increases the bar's strength and makes it more resistant to corrosion. This is one of the strongest bars around with a weight capacity of around 550kg.
